Delivery & Returns


All our products are shipped directly from the UK.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Normally orders will be received within 2 weeks. Note that if each order includes multiple products, each product may be shipped separately.


If for any reason, you feel that the goods you purchased are not suitable for you, please return the goods within 7 days of the date of delivery to apply for a refund, or return the goods within 7 days of receipt. When there is no relevant notice, you need to pay the return postage, see the returns policy below.

Return & Replacement

If you want to apply for a replacement, you will need to return the goods and pay the replacement shipping, the price is as follows:

  • UK → China £25.50 / ¥250.00
  • China → UK £25.50 / ¥250.00

Returns Policy

  1. Please contact us to inform your order number to apply for returns. If the product is defective, please provide pictures.
  2. When we have approved your return, goods need to be packaged in their original packaging, marked accordingly and returned immediately.

  3. Clients are responsible for the damage of returned products, we only accept products returned in their original condition. To guarantee a full refund please ensure that the items returned are not worn, damaged or altered and have their swing tags attached and original packaging. We regret they may not be accepted back if they are not in perfect condition.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days, refunded to the original payment account. Depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the time it takes for the payment to be returned to your bank account will vary, and the company can not guarantee the exact date of the refund.
